Mindful Movement revolves around the concept of awareness in the body. We explore simple movements, such as standing, sitting, laying, jumping, rotating, squatting and more. During each class we explore the notion of awareness in a different way, all with the aim to gain more knowledge about how we live in our body. This course is accessible to anyone with a desire to move and a need to understand our bodies from a different point of view. The goal is to spark a curiosity towards how we think about awareness and the body, open up conversations around these topics, challenge ourselves and most of all, enjoy what we’re doing!
