Yoga Basics

New to Yoga?  Unsure of how to start?  This class is designed for you but is also nice for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics class.  You will receive clear, easy to follow instructions in basic yoga poses, how to position your body, all with an emphasis on relaxed and calm breathing.  Our expert teachers are patient and kind, and help each student to experience their practice to the fullest. Brand new beginners are welcome.  No prior yoga experience is necessary and you can join at any time.  Begin to do Yoga!  Builds strength and flexibility, improves balance and joint mobility, helps you release stress and increases your sense of well-being.
