Leen De Witte
Leen discovered the path of yoga, after struggling on a physical and emotional level from several sport injuries. Deeply touched and full of gratitude by the effects in her daily life, she feels passionate about sharing the possibilities of yoga. Considering herself as an eternal student of life, Leen felt the calling to deepen her knowledge and completed the 200 hour Sivananda Teacher training at Yoga Vidya in Germany. She continued with several trainings around Yoga Nidra, Conscious breathing, Somatic & Trauma Sensitive Education, Prana Yoga, Mindfulness, Relaxation Therapy, Dance & Movement Therapy. She brings a blend of proper breathing, Hatha postures, deep relaxation, meditation and positive thinking. She is looking forward to meeting you on the mat and to sharing her passion for yoga and the tremendous power of breath and body awareness. Leen is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
