Self Defense Fitness – 25 September
At some point, most women ask themselves the question, “Would I be able to fight back if I were attacked?” Here’s the good news: Learning just a few simple self-defense moves can give you the skills and confidence you need to answer that question with a resounding “yes!”.
In this session, you will learn techniques that you can use to defend yourself and more importantly, you will learn how to project an attitude of confidence that might help thwart a potential attacker. Even having a few tools in your toolbox can make all the difference.
This workshop will include:
~ warm up with body strengthening exercises, including core and arms
~ learn how to fall properly without hurting yourself
~ self defense techniques and situations
