A morning to slow down, rebalance the body and mind, tapping into that space of inner wisdom and joy as we begin the New Year. Restorative Yoga involves the use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate deep relaxation and improved health and well-being. A sound bath is a meditative practice that uses the power of sound. Instruments produce harmonious frequencies that resonate throughout the body, inducing a state of deep relaxation and peace. The need for such practices in today’s high-paced world is great, helping to reduce stress and restore vitality.
